Student financial services is your one-stop shop for all questions related to student payments, student billings, debt and refunds. Student financial services also includes the bursar's office and campus business offices.
If you need assistance, help is available in Connections. Some of our online resources include:
- Paying your tuition or debt
- Checking the status of your financial aid disbursement
- Viewing your available book and other student loans
- Requesting a student refund
- Requesting an FSCJ Refund Card or providing a direct deposit authorization
- Viewing your Hope and Lifetime Learning tax form
Visit “my Finances” in Connections to learn what resources are available online. If you still need assistance, visit your campus business office.
Check Your Student E-mail!
Remember to check your student e-mail account on a regular basis (at least once a week) to get important information from the College. Log in to Connections, look under “my Alerts,” and select “Click here to check your Florida State College e-mail.”
